摘要
We review experimental results for several U- and Ce-based intermetallics displaying non-Fermi-liquid behavior. U0.2Y0.8Pd3, UCu3.5Pd1.5, and Ce0.1La0.9Cu2.2Si2 have C/T proportional to log T and electrical resistivities approximately linear with temperature with negative temperature coefficients. Relatively small modifications of their chemical compositions can result in a spin-glass behavior. UCu4Pd which borders with an antiferromagnetic part of the UCu5-xPdx magnetic phase diagram has both C/T [is-proportional-to T-1/3] and rho even stronger deviating from the Fermi-liquid behavior than the other discussed alloys. Our results imply a magnetic nature of the phenomenon.
