摘要
Futsal is one of the most experienced content in physical education classes, mainly because football is the most disseminated and practiced sport in Brazil. Generally, physical education classes are held in multisport court and, because futsal has the same objective and similar grounds with football, it becomes like football more constantly practiced in class. This study aimed to include soccer content and its equivalents, futsal, indoor soccer and beach soccer in the school curriculum of physical education in the 9th grade of elementary school, so that the content is meaningful to students, regardless of his ability, pointing through the assessment tools used, if students have acquired knowledge of them. Data were collected through a closed questionnaire included in the bi-monthly evaluation, applied to 22 students enrolled in 9th grade from The EMEF Prof. Arlindo Caetano Filho, Educational Board of Sao Mateus, Sao Paulo. The results show that all students have acquired knowledge of the content obtaining satisfactory final concept equal to or greater than 5, and still, 59% of obtained final concept equal to or greater than 8, significantly positive results with regard to school evaluations. It was concluded that more than master the technique of football gestures and their counterparts in physical education classes, it is important that the sport receives a contextualized didactic-pedagogic treatment and that the student is the protagonist of their learning.
