摘要
The term corruption, besides being broad, also presents itself in a complex way for the social sciences, since some discussions are produced on an abstract plane. Despite its abstraction, the effects and results of it affect everyone in a given social context. In Brazil, constructions such as the "Brazilian way" end up legitimizing and creating fertile ground for corruptive practices, especially in the Public Administration, which sometimes generate systematic violations of fundamental rights. Concrete anticorruption actions and the development of public policies must be fostered and carried out in order to realize the rights enshrined in the 1988 Constitution.
