摘要：

Conditions are described for attaching anticancer drugs to polyalkylcyanoacrylate nanoparticles, a new drug delivery system for cells that exhibit endocytic uptake. They are ultrafine, metabolizable, and able to associate with various drugs in a nonspecific manner.
