摘要
The article justifies the relevance of rendering of complex psychological aid for minimization of consequences of psychic traumatization and correction of possible posttraumatic stress disorders. Its structural components are: psychological prevention, diagnostics and correction. The author examines the main provisions of the concept of delayed reactions to traumatic stress: describes the main diagnostic symptoms of acute posttraumatic disorders and phases of experiencing posttraumatic reactions. The article shows the difference between the mechanism of development of ordinary and traumatic stress. It also presents the main principles of rendering of complex psychological aid to a person in a state of posttraumatic stress and justifies the necessity of increasing the psychological competence of people by teaching them the methods of self-aid and mutual aid in case of acute psychic trauma. Emphasis is made on the methods of body-centered therapy, somatic therapy, as well as directed visualizations of hypnotic nature and behavior thepapy.
