摘要
Case rehabilitation management leads to an ideal interdigitation of interests of all involved with the consequence that a high quality of rehabilitation can be achieved. Due to the close connections between the acute department and the rehabilitation center at the BG Unfallklinik (Occupational Insurance Casualty Clinic) Ludwigshafen, rehabilitation starts without delay after operative treatment. Case rehabilitation management follows as the central theme through the complete course of treatment. The case manager controls the management in his hands and accompanies the patient from acute treatment to reintegration into occupation and society. The inclusion of a case manager leads to an optimal and consolidated supervision of the rehabilitation process.
