摘要
A 57-year-old women with Waardenburg's syndrome presented with a 2-month history of decreased vision in the right eye. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging studies for the brain disclosed a large suprasellar cystic lesion compressing the optic chiasm upwards. The association of Waardenburg's syndrome with pituitary tumor is rare, and may be fortuitous. However, it is interesting to note that both disorders are derived from the same embryological origin.
