摘要
Discusses the importance of Knowledge Management (KM) compared to contemporary educational challenges in the context of Brazilian public policies, supports the idea of the social importance of the GC front of the educational processes through mediativos procedures, both for the characterization of educational organizations as to the need to train or educate. In terms of methodology, presents signals from the literature and exploratory research on the GC and its theoretical and methodological processes and facing mediation to contemporary educational needs. It has three phases. first the classification, reading, analysis, interpretation and discussion of bibliographical documents, the second for the adequacy of the texts studied the research objectives, Finally, a study on the challenges ahead and educational public policies to GC through mediacional processes. Results in the presentation template to facilitate the structural organization of educational institutions and educational public policies due to the need of BF and contemporary educational challenges.
