Markets of soils and land in Colombia against the programming of infrastructure projects

The article presents an assessment on difficult finding of lands to carry out infrastructure projects in Colombia. The absence of a conducive land market and the problems related to the use and disposal of soils, highlight the activity. The institutional and political economy work as tools of analysis to establish the required framework of references for the achievement of that market. The topics related to the disposal and land uses have not been configured in the structure of national projects. Projects have as main ballast soil and land acquisition. In addition, it is criteria that have hindered the formation of a vast market of soil and land for the major projects. In itself, the trace of a national land policy could improve the bet on topics subject to disposal areas and land uses.
