摘要
The review consists of four sections. First, two areas of general relevance to exobiology are examined: the definition of life, and the existence of possible extraterrestrial environments for life in our Solar System. Then two areas of more specific interest to the origin of life on Earth are discussed: possible energy sources for prebiotic chemistry, and the RNA-world hypothesis. -from Authors
