Autoinmune Chronic Active Hepatitis (ACAH) is an inflammatory, persistent and progressive disease of he liver which leads to cirrhosis. Its clinical and immunological aspects make it different from other hepatitis. It can be associated with an acneiform, sometimes painful or pruritic eruption. The histopathological features of leucocytoclasic vasculitis are stressed. Steroid therapy improves the hepatic disease as well as the dermatosis. The dermatosis runs parallel to he hepatic disease and it's a good marker of the evolution.
