摘要：

The case of a patient is presented whose promoted his disagreement in the National Medical Arbitration Commission, referring that was treated in private media for presenting prostate growth, because of this they performed suprapubic total prostatectomy, presenting postoperative complications, that he considers occurred by medical malpractice.
