摘要
A technique for the measurement of diffusivities of adsorbates through microporous materials such as zeolites is described. The technique relies on the fact that the resonance of coadsorbed xenon gas is sensitive to the concentration of other adsorbed species. Changes observed in xenon chemical shift in a two-region sample are attributed to migration of the coadsorbate from one region to another. The technique is demonstrated for the movement of water at 373 Kin a Ni Na Y zeolite. © 1990.
