摘要：
A small pilot low-cost radio-telephone network was recently installed in the Bonthe District of Sierra Leone, consisting of 26 stations installed for public use in small towns and villages. The network was based on stations using 27 MHz Citizen Band (CB) transceivers controlled by separate microprocessor controllers.
