摘要
This article is devoted to the history of musical education of Irkutsk in the 1931-1941. Musical life of the city in the period, considered in this article, in particular, the development of system of musical education, were described only fragmentary. The article is created on the basis of the data obtained by the author during the work with different documents of the state archives, archives of the organizations, and also publications of Irkutsk periodical press of the 1931-1941. It is worth noticing, that Irkutsk has the musical technical school till 1931, however this organization was decided to attach in similar establishment of Krasnoyarsk. That's why Irkutsk within several years remained without musical educational organizations of the second level. But the Irkutsk music school worked as before. Already in the 1930th there it was a strong teaching collective. The big contribution to the development of this establishment was made by the pianists T.N. Afanasyeva-Sementsova, O.D. Baskova, T.A. Murashkina, L.I. Sakharnikova, E.K. Larionova, N.M. Polyakova, O.E. Sibbul, M.A. Misharina, the famous composer and the violinist G.E. Lane, the clarinetist P.P. Gogolev and so on, which worked already in the pre-war period On the basis of this school in the 1936 new musical technical school was created. Soon, as all musical educational institutions of the second level in the USSR, it was transformed to college. The importance of the creating this organization was great, because in this period many large cities of Siberia had no musical colleges. Irkutsk musical college works and now as Irkutsk regional musical college, which has a name of F. Chopin. In spite of the fact that the college in the first years of the work had serious difficulties with a location, it already in this period became one of the most important cultural organisations of the region. Certainly, this fact is the big achievement of the teaching staff of Irkutsk musical college. Among the teaches which worked in this organization already in the pre-war period, some teaches, which early working at musical school, and now successfully combined work at school and college, showed the teacher's abilities T.N. Afanasyeva-Sementsova, G.E. Lane, T.A. Murashkina, E.K. Porotova, P.P. Gogolev. Were attracted also other prominent musicians from whom it is necessary to allocate the pianist and the musicologist V.F. Sukhinenko and the chorus master N.N. Glagolev. Already the first release of college, made in connection with specifics of the training program in two stages, at the end of 1940 and at the summer of 1941, gave to the city and the country a bright experts from whom especially it is necessary to allocate the trumpeter I.M.
