摘要：

The philosophical hispanic thought in the second half of 20th. ha mde possible one process for cultural emancipation and deep philosophical reflections, in order to get the sense and reaching an authentic philosophy in South America. We can even say that after the control of a conciencious process of the American character, what is in progress is seeking an identity of the Latinoamerican being, wich under my analysis, only it will get reason if be integrated in an cultural integration process. It must ever to generate its own circunstances from an commum "ethos".
