Sleep troubles are frequent symptom in cancer. In fact, insomnia is rarely isolated, in general population and in people with cancer. A lot of studies underline the links between sleep troubles and pain, anxiety, depression, fatigue-related cancer, poor quality of life. Cluster of symptoms, emergent notion in international studies, link together these different constraints upon patient's quality of life. (C) 2010 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
