摘要
In the last years the tourist industry has undergone changes between its different agents, forms of commercialization and benefits obtained for the consumer. For traditional travel agencies, their entry into the online distribution channel has been a major transformation. This article highlights the scant research to eliminate the uncertainty caused by the future. We identified 50 articles related to future studies, tourism and travel agencies. Their analysis and categories allowed to distinguish the perspectives that have been approached and the future lines of investigation. They were divided into four headings: future studies, trend studies, prospective studies and travel agency studies. It is important to use the tools of strategic prospective for decision-making in the present and thus influence the construction of the elected scenario, as proposed by the voluntarist school of foresight.
