摘要
The solid state conformation of the amorphous catalyst cyclo-[(S)-His-(S)-Phe] is determined by a combination of solid state H-1 and C-13 NMR techniques. The results provide strong evidence in support of the previously proposed mechanism for the asymmetric addition of HCN to aldehydes catalysed hy this dipeptide.
