摘要
The electrical conductivity of the sintered oxides CaTi1-xFexO3-δ was measured under low oxygen pressure. In the sample o x≧0.25, the oxide ion and electron (n-type) mixed conduction was observed under low oxygen pressure. Using CaTi0.7Fe0.3 O3-δ ceramics as an electrochemical diaphragm of the cell, steam/CaTi0.7Fe0.3O3-δ/carbon monoxide, hydrogen cold be produced based on the principle of the short-circuit of an oxygen concentration cell. We calculated the theoretical hydrogen evolution rate in various conditions, and discussed the difference between the theoretical evolution rates and the experimental ones. © 1990.
