摘要
Inclusive education from a holistic perspective considers important every element of the educational system for students learning, that is so that this article pretends to offer a theoric and reflexive approximation about stress in tutors, in other words a look into the tutor's human side in its educational context, effect of globalization and social changes of the modernized education in this society of knowledge and the impact that it has in the organizational system in the different subsystems of educational context making this changes the cause of stress, with its effects and emotional implications in the mental and physical health of teachers.
