摘要
The structure of amorphous and nanocrystalline Fe73.5Si15.5B7Cu1Nb3 was studied by means of X-ray diffraction. The crystallization is accompanied by rearrangements of iron and silicon atoms with a change in short-range order. Owing to the primary formation of Fe3Si, the chemical composition of the amorphous phase is changed. Analysis of the dependence of the radial atomic distribution function on composition shows small changes in the short-range order parameter of the remaining amorphous matrix phase. Magnetic and thermal properties of the amorphous phase are given.
