摘要：

Spondylolysis or Spondylolisthesis are common diagnoses which affect patients with back pain as well as asymptomatic subjects. At present it is not clear which mechanisms cause more or less progressive problems in some patients while others with the same clinical findings show almost no symptoms. This literature review investigates and evaluates the effectiveness of conservative interventions in spondylolysis and spondylolisthesis.
