摘要
A simple, rapid and high-yielding method for the synthesis of oligonucleotides by the phosphotriesters approach Is described. The use of polyethylene glycol (PEG) as soluble polymeric support preserves some convenient features of the solid-phase synthesis withnew interesting advantages.Short oligonucleotides in hundred milligrams scale can be obtained from few grams of functionalised PEG. © 1990 Oxford University Press.
