摘要
Education is moving along the path of change, and the foremost thing to overcome is presentiality; it is just what students are demanding today, since they keep on-line most of the day. In that line, physical infrastructure is no longer a vital component; now networking -through varied digital tools- makes a difference and offers the alternative of three-dimensional virtual education as a tool for knowledge management. As a conclusion, virtual environments deliver novel and distinct resources for interaction allowing learning experiences that are highly significant, attractive and efficient for learning and research.
