摘要
Electrochemical and radiometric measurements have been used to study the corrosion of nickel with hydrogen depolarization in sulfuric acid solutions. It was found that during corrosion hydrogen intrudes into the nickel, lowering its rate of corrosion and anodic dissolutio. The effect is explained by hydrogen atoms blocking ''active centers'' on the surface of the dissolving nickel The effect of a cationic-type inhibitor (KI-1) on nickel corrosion and hydridization has been examined.
