摘要
The cooperative teaching-learning processes in the university context encourage environments aimed at developing the potential of students, this implies that, the University through the academic staff promotes qualitative changes in the training of future professionals, in this sense, it is undoubted that institutions of Higher Education must implement pertinent guidelines in the effective direction of the teaching-learning process, based on the scientific foundations of pedagogy and didactics, in such a way that the ideal preparation of those who will develop the necessary transformations is fulfilled the society demands. The objective of the study was to identify the participatory, creativity and cognitive processes in the group applied by the teachers of the Physical Education and Sports Training courses, with the aim of reflecting on the extent to which group work is promoted in terms of the forms of organization, type of leadership, planning, execution strategies, evaluation activities, facilitation of learning, motivation, autonomous responsibility, interaction and communication, performance of functions, development of operations, structures and cognitive skills.
