摘要
The Navier-Stokes and continuity equations which are applicable to laminar vapor flow in slender cylindrical heat pipes are solved numerically. The implicit finite difference method is used to solve the equations. The pressure gradient term is eliminated, which reduces the number of unknowns by one. The effect of pressure drops is then studied for different Reynolds numbers.
