摘要：
From surveying 923 patients with atopic dermatitis, we evaluated the prevalence of different therapeutic methods and their effects. The common dermatologic therapeutic concepts in atopic dermatitis consist of skin care, topical corticosteroids and oral antihistamines. Beside this conventional therapies, also alternative medical treatments have been used. The climate therapy was regarded to be the most effective natural medical treatment. The effect in high mountain areas was considered to be better than climate therapy at sea level. The concepts of school medicine, alternative medicine and natural medical treatments will be discussed.
