摘要
Based on systemic approach from Hoy and Miskel (2013) on the key elements to be considered during school administrative processes, there is a review of the literature contributions of different authorship in the art, valued from the perspective of gender (pnd is performed, 2013). The analysis of the topics that make up the art of contemporary educational management includes structural political situation of the centre, culture and organizational climate, the processes of teaching and learning, empowerment, decision making, leadership and communication. The conclusion is that gender-sensitive discernment of the administration of educational institutions is a challenge because visualizes several areas of opportunity in relation to gender issues in education. Also, the subject is an open debate that could be expected to be enriched with new findings regarding to gender mainstreaming in the Mexican education (pse, 2013) and Latin American
