摘要
Infrared reflectivity and Raman spectra of polycrystalline ZnIn2Se4 revealed a total number of seven structures due to optical vibrational modes. Based on a comparison with previous measurements on other A(II)B2(III)C4(VI) compounds a symmetry assignment of the modes is proposed.
