摘要
At 1273, 1323 and 1373 K the internal oxidation layer of Al//2O//3 formed in alloys with 0. 7%La-0. 7%Al or 0. 7%Y-0. 7%Al was enriched compared to the alloy with the single addition of 0. 7%Al. In the case of 0. 7La-0. 7Al addition, the dense internal oxidation layer and the oxidation resistance was improved in combination with the stabilization effect of La addition. In the case of 0. 7Y-0. 7Al addition, oxidation resistance was reduced. Enrichment was due to reduction of the dissociation oxygen pressure of the Cr//2O//3 scale by the dissolution of the reactive elements (La,Y,Al) in the scale.
