HUBBARD SUBBANDS IN THE ELECTRONIC-STRUCTURE FOR THE CUO2 PLANE IN HIGH-TEMPERATURE SUPERCONDUCTORS

摘要
We present a model study of the electronic structure of the CuO2 Plane of copper-based high temperature superconductors using a three-band Hubbard model. The hole correlations are treated by a Green function method with the Hubbard I decoupling scheme which recovers the metal-insulator transition at the filling of one hole per unit cell.
