摘要
Usually identifies the increase in GDP per capita, as a sign of the improvement of the living conditions of the population, but there is no mention that it can increase GDP, but that the distribution of social wealth is inequitable, i.e. it is very polarized, to illustrate the above presented two tools, on the one hand we will exhibit the corresponding to the GINI index and on the other the LORENZ curve; tools that indicate which so polarized is the entry into a country, area or region. When national wealth is distributed in a way that is so polarized, generated problems of social marginalization, crime, spatial marginalization, among many other problems, in this paper we study the consequences in aurban area and as the colonists are facing this problem.
