摘要
The article puts forward the basic problem of personnel shortage, which, in the authors' view, lies in the fact that managers do not recognize the exceptional importance of human resources in production. Based on the practice of Sokolovsko-Sarbaisky Ore-Processing Production Association, currently operating system of attracting and retaining qualified staff is suggested to be devised in order to solve the problems of personnel shortage.
