Atrial fibrillation is the most common form of arrhythmia. Its pharmacological treatment is complex and requires strict and codified monitoring depending of it is valvular or not. The community pharmacist therefore has an important role to play in the care of patients receiving this treatment, notably with the dispensing of anticoagulants. (C) 2018 Elsevier Masson SAS.
