摘要
In this study, the procurement of abortion on pregnancies occured due to criminal acts shall be analysed. Firstly, the legal character of the paragraph 6 of Article 99 of the Turkish Penal Code regulating the aforementioned case shall be discussed. Subsequently, the conditions stipulated under the said provision shall be reviewed. As part of the analysis on the said elements, process as to how to ascertain the unintended pregnancies occured due to criminal acts shall expressly be emphasized based on various prospects thereon. Solutions as to how to ascertain such unintended pregnancies shall be proposed at the end of this study.
