摘要：

The renal Na+/K+-ATPase and the gastric H+/K+-ATPase both contain α- and β-subunits. We report here the identification and partial purification of a second population of the β-subunit of the gastric H+/K+-ATPase, which has no accompanying a-subunit detectable by Coomassie blue staining or by Western blotting with monoclonal antibodies specific for the α-subunit. © 1990.
