摘要
The chromatographic separation of selenocystine and selenomethionine was performed in 45 and 90 minutes, respectively, on the spherical resin, type PA-35, using one buffer, one temperature, and one buffer flow rate. Variations in buffer flow rate, buffer pH and ionic strength, column temperature, and their effects on peak elution times, are also presented. © 1969.
