摘要
The electroreflectance (ER) technique was used to study n-type germanium electrodes. A connection was found between the intensity of the ER signals and the electrode potential, hydride films, and chemisorbed oxygen present on the germanium surface. The potential of lead deposition on the germanium surface was shown to influence the appearance of ER signals at wavelengths below 410 nm.
