摘要
There is evidence that the constructive, cognitive, social development, humanistic and conductive learning theories offer valuable contributions as a guide to course design in different ways. It is also known that many times, curriculum and course designers perform their work without the support of learning theories. In this paper the contributions given by these theories to the concepts of learning, teaching and the learner are revealed, and their most significant principles are derived herein, so that designers may recognize them, develop a pedagogical philosophy and design courses in a consistent manner.
