摘要
The development of a body of international criminal law which imposes responsibilities directly on individuals and punishes violations through international mechanisms is relatively recent. International criminal law is a body of international rules designed both to proscribe international crimes and to impose upon States the obligation to prosecute and punish at least some of those crimes. International crimes are breaches of international rules entailing the personel criminal liabilility of the individuals concerned. The sources of international crimes are customary law and treaties. These sources create international crimes. International crimes have different meanings. In our study, we are going to try to explain the different meanings of international crime in the light of the regulations in Turkish Law.
