摘要：
This work presents proposals for a uniform methodical proceeding when performing a microbiological soil monitoring, and examples for the applicability, evaluation and interpretation of soil microbiological methods. The application of standardized methods is presupposition for the comparability and interpretation of data resulting from the investigation of samples which were taken from different places and investigated by different laboratories and/or on different moments.
