摘要：

In Latin America, as in many parts of the world, conscientious objection's cases are more and more frequent. Could we find a real enshrinement of this right as a full civil and personal right? We can find different answers across the countries, both in law and jurisprudence. Also the protection provided by the regional international law is weak. Anyway, there are many legal provisions and judicial decisions in this field. Perhaps a legal framework regulating it should be suitable.
