摘要
The potentiostatic current-time dependence has been used to examine the influence ofchloride ions on passivated Ni and the relationship between current density j and activation time t is j ∼ t3. The activation time was examined as a function of the concentrations of Cl- and SO42--ions,pH, potential and temperature. The activation time decreases with increasing Cl- concentration, increasing potential andincreasing temperature, but increases with increasing SO42- concentration. Up to pH 2 the activation time increases with increasing pH, but decreases from pH 2-7. © 1968 Pergamon Press.
