摘要：
An experiment was conducted during 1989-90 to study the influence of green-manuring of Sesbonia rostrata on rice (Oryza sativa L.) at Mugad. Green-manuring of S. rostrata alone resulted in higher grain yield (5,207 kg/ha) than that realized with the application of 100% N (5,053 kg/ha) required by rice crop. The highest grain yield (6,585 kg/ha) was recorded with green-manuring of S. rostrata along with the application of 100% N. The other yield components followed the same trend during both the seasons.
