摘要
Metal electrode polarization studies are reviewed for oxide conductors such as stabilized zirconia and doped ceria, with emphasis on anodic cathodic current-overpotential (I-η) behavior. A general theory which combines charge transfer mechanism and current-limiting steps is developed to explain the differences between the data. New data from a low temperature electrode polarization study are also presented. © 1990.
