摘要
The article is devoted to the study of various groups approaches within the U.S. ruling elite toward the problem of formulating basic parameters of the postwar world order. Besides, characteristics of these groups are presented in the context of their economic interests, dominating economic theories and personal influence of president F. Roosevelt on the balance of powers inside of the American establishment during the Second World War.
