摘要：
Cycloinulohexaose(CF6), which is a cyclohexaose composed of six(2 --> 1) linked beta-D-fructofuranosyl units, has a 18-crown-6 skeleton in its center. Selective complexation of CF6 with some metal ions have been observed in D2O by NMR spectroscopy. The variation of H-1 NMR chemical shifts indicates that the ether oxygen atoms of CF6 should act as electron donors, which interact electrostatically with the metal ions.
