摘要
Main object of this research is systems of assessment of sustainable development. Main goal is to analyze main systems of assessment of sustainable development. In trying to achieve main goal main task should be resolved - to analyze most important systems of assessment of sustainable development by selected criteria. Even though the essence of the concept of sustainable development is pretty much clear, the exact definition of sustainable development appeared to be very problematic and caused a lot of discussions, which are discussed in the paper in detail. However, due to the lack of a single definition encompassing all aspects of the studied concept and the lack of one perfect conception of the concept, we might tend to think, that the most accurate definition of sustainable development is the one provided by the UN World Commission on Environment and Development (or the Brundtland Commission) in a report entitled "Our Common Future". According to this definition it is possible to distinguish this main sections of sustainable development analysis: a) three components: economic, social and ecological; b) sustainability; c) dynamism. The next part of paper offers an analysis of the content and problems of sustainable development models one faces while using them for a qualitative and quantitative evaluation of sustainability. Analysis done in the paper quit well show, that systems of sustainable development assessment, which are used in practice, are not sufficient for evaluation of sustainable development.
